Rights and obligations of the client of Instudio Lite (the consumer): 

1. With the purchasing of an issue of Instudio Lite with unlimited in time license, you have the right to install it only on one computer. You have the right to get free of charge updates and consultations via e-mail. You are obligated to send a Hardware fingerprint to support@brodsoft.com, generated by your software on the computer on which you are going to install and use the product. We, in turn, will send you a username and a password, within the first 24 hours after the registration, for an unlimited period of time. The user is not allowed to install the software Instudio Lite on a different computer. The user is not allowed to distribute, sell or rent the software Instudio Lite. “Entertainment Communications” Ltd can not be charged responsible for hardware and/or software incompatibility or conflicts with Instudio Lite, which has been installed on the same computer. In case that the user does not wish to use the software, which has been bought, “Entertainment Communications” does not refund. Any changes of the date on the computer, on which Instudio Lite has been installed, will trigger the defensive mechanisms of the software, and will be considered as an attempt to by-pass the defenses, which will make the contract invalid and the user will not be able to be refunded. 2. With the purchasing of the software Instudio Lite for a limited period of time, the user agrees to pay for a monthly tax. You have the right to use Instudio Lite for the period of time, for which you have prepaid, and during this time the software Instudio Lite remains property of the Producer. You have the right to get free of charge updates and consultations via e-mail. You are obligated to send a Hardware fingerprint to support@brodsoft.com, generated by your software on the computer on which you are going to install and use the product. We, in turn, will send you a username and a password, within the first 24 hours after the registration, for the period of time for which you have prepaid. After the prepaid period runs out, the software stops functioning and demands a new username and a new password for the next prepaid period. The software Instudio Lite warns the user 10 day before the prepaid period ends. After the renewal of the subscription the user receives a new username and a new password, within the first 24 hours, for the next prepaid period. The user is not allowed to install the software Instudio Lite on a different computer. The user is not allowed to distribute, sell or rent to someone else the software Instudio Lite. “Entertainment Communications” Ltd can not be charged responsible for hardware and/or software incompatibility or conflicts with Instudio Lite, which has been installed on the same computer. In case that the user does not wish to use the software, which has been bought, “Entertainment Communications” does not refund. 3. By subscribing for the web-based statistics, the client agrees to pay a monthly tax. In order to have access to these statistics, the client must have Internet connectivity. In order to use the web-based statistics the client must have Instudio Watch installed on the computer, on which Instudio Lite is installed. By prepaying for access to the web-based statistics the user will receive, within the first 24 hours, a username, a password and instructions concerning the options of Instudio Watch. In case that the user does not wish to use the statistics for the period, which has been prepaid, “Entertainment Communications” Ltd does not refund for the remaining unused time. “Entertainment Communications” Ltd does not take responsibility for software incompatibility between the user’s web browser and the producer’s server. The user is not allowed to distribute, sell or rent to someone else the software Instudio Watch. The access server can be found on http://radio.instudio.eu/. Rights and obligations of “Entertainment Communications” Ltd 

1. For each completed payment “Entertainment Communications” Ltd sends the user a username and a password for the period for which the user has prepaid. “Entertainment Communications” Ltd sends the user an electronic invoice on the appointed by the user e-mail address. “Entertainment Communications” Ltd can not be charged for un received invoice, if the e-mail address of the user is invalid. 2. In case that the user does not wish to use the software Instudio Lite, along with its applications, for the prepaid period, “Entertainment Communications” does not refund for the remaining unused time. 

   
   

3. “Entertainment Communications” Ltd can not be charged by the user, for being unable to carry out the described up in the document obligations, due to causes of absolute necessities, technical troubles, natural disasters, interference with good or bad intentions of a third party in the functions of the server for correspondence or connection to our web page and/or e-mail.
